General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KPD” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during personal data processing, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets, to be one of its key objectives and conditions of activity.

This Operator's personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors of the website https://kpd25.ru.

Main terms used in this Policy

• Automated processing of personal data means processing personal data using computer technology;
• Blocking of personal data means temporary suspension of personal data processing, except where processing is required to clarify personal data;
• Website means a set of graphic and information materials, software and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at https://kpd25.ru;

• Operator means a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and/or carries out personal data processing and determines the purposes of processing, the scope of personal data and the actions performed with personal data;
• Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://kpd25.ru;
• User means any visitor of the website https://kpd25.ru;
• Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
• Distribution of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons or making personal data available to the public;
• Cross-border transfer of personal data means transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign authority, foreign individual or foreign legal entity;
• Destruction of personal data means actions that make it impossible to restore the content of personal data in a personal data information system and/or result in the destruction of physical media containing personal data.

Personal data that may be processed by the Operator

• Last name, first name and patronymic;
• Email address;
• Phone numbers;

The website may also collect and process anonymized visitor data, including cookies, using web analytics services such as Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and similar tools.

The data listed above is hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data.

Purposes of personal data processing

The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to conclude, perform and terminate civil law contracts.

The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may unsubscribe from informational messages at any time by sending an email to nsk@kpd25.ru with the subject “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services and special offers”.

Anonymized User data collected through web analytics services is used to gather information about User activity on the website and to improve the quality and content of the website.

Legal grounds for personal data processing

The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User fills it in and/or submits it independently through special forms located on the website https://kpd25.ru. By filling in the relevant forms and/or submitting personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.

The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

The User's personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.

If inaccuracies are found in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at nsk@kpd25.ru with the subject “Personal data update”.

The personal data processing period is unlimited. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to the Operator's email address nsk@kpd25.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before carrying out a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to which the personal data is to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only with the written consent of the personal data subject or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. This Policy remains valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
